Now, that’s something you don’t see very often. Brent Walter, who describes himself as the “creator and builder of a variety of things”, crafted the VW Mini Bike, or what he affectionately calls the ‘Volkspod‘.

In tribute to the Beetle, Walter used the fenders from each corner of the car to build the mini motorcycle.
The four old fenders merge to form the front and rear light system of the Volkspod. Equipped with a 79cc engine,
The tiny scooter seems to have popped out of the 90s with its wide handlebars (much like the grips of a bicycle) and front and rear lights also salvaged from the Beetle.
Resembling a one-eyed cyclops, or the little green Mike Wazowski from the movie Monsters, Inc., the Volkspod has an eccentric and otherworldly appeal.
Available in the iconic shades of the original Beetle; birch green and pastel blue, Walter’s Volkspod is the right fit for those looking to dive into the retro era!
