At the Northern Fleet naval base in Severomorsk, a solemn flag-raising ceremony of the Navy took place on the icebreaker-class patrol ship “Ivan Papanin”, Project 23550. The vessel, built at the Admiralteyskie Verfi shipyard, was officially accepted into the composition of the Russian Navy.
