A woman tried to return her newly purchased Ford F-150 minutes after discovering an “annoying” feature about the truck.
The case was shared by the dealership America’s X-Treme Auto in Atlanta, Georgia (USA), in a TikTok video posted in early July.
In the clip, Dan, the salesperson, appears talking to the woman on the phone. “Hey Dan, I actually bought an F-150 from you about 30 minutes ago,” the woman says at the beginning of the call.
When Dan asks how she is doing, she replies, “Not very well. I want to return this car. I don’t like it anymore. I just want to come back and return it to you. I don’t like it. I don’t like it.”
When asked to give more details, her explanation revealed the source of her regret. “Yeah, it keeps turning off. Like, every time you’re like, it turns off… It’s just a cut-off. Every time I stop or get close to stopping, it turns off.”
