Unmanned aircraft originally civilian, have been used by Ukrainian forces to bomb Russian positions on the front line.

These aircraft carry out nighttime attacks, flying at low altitudes to avoid detection by radar and missile systems.

In one of the videos, captured by a Russian thermal scope, the aircraft can be seen releasing a bomb while flying over enemy positions. Despite small arms fire, the aircraft managed to escape unharmed.

These drones are operated by the 14th Unmanned Aircraft Systems Regiment of Ukraine, specialized in attack missions on Russian territory. The aircraft use optoelectronic surveillance systems to identify targets and can carry different types of munitions, such as the OFAB-100-120 and 250 kg bombs. In addition to attacks on military targets, these drones have also been used against strategic facilities, such as the Kristall oil refinery in Engels, Russia.

These aircraft include models like the E-300 SkyRanger and A-22 Foxbat, which have been converted to function as attack platforms. A recent example of their effectiveness was an attack in April, where a kamikaze drone hit the Shahed-136 drone production facility in Alabuga, located 1,200 km from Ukraine.
