The operation was conducted by scouts from the “Wings” unit, part of the Department of Active Operations of Defense Intelligence. The Russian radar was located and monitored by Ukrainian drones, which tracked its movement and deployment. Footage captured by the drones’ cameras helped pinpoint the exact position of the enemy equipment, enabling a precise strike.
