The operation was reported by volunteer Serhiy Sternenko, who also released a video of the attack.
Joint operation by the Ukrainian Navy and Security Service of Ukraine
According to Sternenko, the mission to destroy the Russian air defense systems was carried out by soldiers from the Ukrainian Navy in cooperation with the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).
Initially, naval drones transported FPV drones by sea to the operation site. Then, ground drone operators located and attacked the Russian Osa-AKM and Strela-10 air defense missile systems.
Accurate strike and damage to Russian systems
In the released video, a surface naval drone can be seen carrying four FPV attack drones toward the enemy coastline. Once on site, the attack drones were launched and began searching for targets.
The Ukrainian aerial drones repeatedly struck the Osa-AKM defense system, whose silhouette is clearly visible in the released images.
Regarding the Strela-10 system, at the end of the video, a Ukrainian FPV drone can be seen approaching an enemy object, which was likely identified as this air defense system. However, the image quality does not allow for an exact confirmation.
