According to the company, the model is the result of a decade of experience and has been designed to meet modern military demands and combat conditions. The vehicle meets NATO’s STANAG 3 ballistic protection standard and has level 3a/3b anti-mine protection. Additionally, it is equipped with anti-mine seats and advanced safety systems, such as a suspended floor designed to protect the crew from overloads generated by explosions.
The “Varta 2” also incorporates modern luminous camouflage technology and an air filtration system, providing protection against chemical and biological threats. The integrated “ICoMWare” system allows for greater situational awareness and provides informational support to the unit commander through a secure Mesh network using DTC broadband radios.
With independent suspension and the CTIS system, the “Varta 2” is designed to reach high speeds and overcome difficult terrain, establishing itself as a robust and effective addition to the Ukrainian military fleet.
