According to the video, the Ukrainian Armed Forces inflicted fire damage to an enemy personnel concentration near the village of Rohove in the Luhansk region.

Images shot by the reconnaissance drone show a large concentration of enemy personnel and damage caused by three missiles with a fragmentation warhead.
Visually, the destruction area and the number of detrimental elements are much larger than that of the GMLRS, so it is likely that the attack was inflicted by American-made ATACMS ballistic missiles.

The ATACMS missile transfers to Ukraine were approved by U.S. President Joe Biden in February 2024 and discreetly included in a $300 million (€279.5 million) aid package provided to Ukraine, announced on March 12 and delivered to Ukraine in early April.
