The crew of a Zala reconnaissance UAV, part of the 49th Combined Arms Army of the Dnipro task force, located a 2S22 Bohdana self-propelled howitzer of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the right bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson region.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defence, the drone not only identified the position of the enemy equipment but also provided real-time correction for the artillery strike that resulted in the destruction of the howitzer.

The Bohdana system is a Ukrainian-made 155 mm self-propelled howitzer, designed for long-range fire and extensively employed on the frontlines. Its elimination, according to military analysts, represents a reduction in the fire support capability of Ukrainian forces in the southern region.
