Specifically designed to meet the needs of the Russian Navy’s coastal troops as well as ground forces, the BT-3F can transport up to 12 fully equipped paratroopers while simultaneously providing fire support to dismounted troops in intense combat scenarios.

The vehicle is equipped with a remotely operated combat module that includes a machine gun and an automatic grenade launcher, enhancing its offensive capability in urban and coastal combat. Additionally, it features a hitching system for towing extra cargo, increasing its logistical versatility.

The introduction of the BT-3F strengthens Russia’s ability to design and produce modern amphibious combat vehicles adaptable to different theaters of operations.
