Egy pár vírusosan terjed a közösségi médiában, miután megosztottak egy furcsa zajt, amit az új Jeep Wagoneerük ad ki, egy rejtélyt, amit látszólag a gyártó figyelmen kívül hagy.
A június 24-én a TikTokra feltöltött videóban Tasha Hill elmagyarázta, hogy az új Jeep Wagoneerje furcsa zajt kezdett adni, amit a férje mutatott be egy bevásárlóközpont parkolójában.
A feliratban hozzáfűzte, hogy már kapcsolatba lépett a Dodge-dzsal, a Jeep-pel, a Chrysler-rel és a Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram-mal, azzal a kereskedéssel, ahol 2023-ban vásárolták az autót.
„Ez a konkrét probléma számtalanszor előfordult az eleje óta. Azt mondták, mivel nem tudták reprodukálni a problémát, és nem volt róla felvételem, nem tudták megjavítani, vagy megtudni, mi a gond,” írta.
Mivel a probléma szórványos volt, nehéz volt rögzíteni. Sajnos a felvétel sem segített az ügyében. „Mégis, nézzétek meg: senki nem tud tenni semmit.”
Állítása szerint a Chrysler megígérte, hogy kijelölnek egy ügyintézőt, de nem kapott hírt senkitől, és amikor hívtak, nem tudott kapcsolatba lépni velük.
„Mondtam már, hogy nem adják meg nekünk az ügyünket kezelő személy nevét, és nem tudunk beszélni vele? Ez egyáltalán nem gyanús,” érvelt Hill.

So since we cant get anyone to do anything at Dodge, Jeep, Jeep Wagoneer, Chrysler, Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram anywhere else I’ve called or taken this thing too, I figure I’ll bring it to facebook world and maybe get answers or a faster response. So please feel free to share! 2 years ago, we purchased this hunk of junk. Brand new might I add. Since I’ve had it, it’s been in the shop more than it’s been out. This specific problem here has happened numerous times since the beginning in which I was told since they couldn’t duplicate the problem and I didn’t have record of it they couldn’t fix it or know what the problem was. Well, it finally did it to my husband and we have it recorded. Still low and behold no one can do anything about it! This happens sporadically going down the road. No rhyme or reason. The only thing i can do is pull over and turn it off. Did I mention the motor blew up on it not to long ago, but they swear it was the reservoir. On top of something “chewing” the wires before that but not one piece of evidence to support that claim. Oh and the whole car died at one point because of “electrical” problems killed the battery. It’s literally been one thing after the other and now we’ve been in legal for about 2 weeks now and no one can give us any answers other than “someone will call you tomorrow.” Chrysler keeps telling us they’re not authorized to share any information with us since this not a “normal” case and our case manager will reach out to us, they’ve told us this everyday and no one will call us back or connect us to a supervisor. Did I also mention they can’t give us the name of the person handling our case nor can we speak to that person?? That’s not suspicious at all! We are at a loss. Maybe if we make it Facebook official someone will be inclined to help us, Idk it’s worth a shot. 🤷♀️ give me all your advice.
