A woman reported how the fuel tank of her husband’s 2025 Land Rover Defender exploded after suddenly catching fire on a Florida highway.
Jessica Zirkel posted a video on TikTok to share the incident. According to her, her husband’s Land Rover Defender caught fire while he was driving on an interstate highway.
The footage shows a white Defender engulfed in flames, with fire consuming the sides and underside of the vehicle. In the video, the rear of the vehicle and the spare tire are completely burned.
“Thank God for the people around him who honked to warn him! And for telling him to reverse before the gas tank exploded! He is fine, thank you, Lord!” she said.

In another post, she emphasized that the vehicle was new, delivered only a month before the accident, and had just 1,930 kilometers on the odometer.
