With a maximum weight of 15 tons, the Alpar incorporates the most advanced in autonomous systems and artificial intelligence, aiming to provide innovative solutions for contemporary challenges in combat scenarios. The chassis design, reminiscent of a tank with a raised rear to accommodate the power pack, gives the Alpar an imposing presence on the battlefield.

Measuring 6.25 meters in length, 2.75 meters in width, and 1.5 meters in height, the Alpar is equipped with a serial hybrid propulsion system. Two 80 kW electric motors, operating at a nominal voltage of 630 V (maximum of 750 V), drive the rear sprockets. These motors are powered by two Li-İon NMC batteries of 69 kW each. Additionally, a 180 kW diesel range extender is responsible for recharging the batteries, ensuring prolonged operation on the battlefield.

Otokar has spared no effort in highlighting the versatility of the Alpar, producing two specialized technology demonstrators: one for reconnaissance and another in an anti-tank configuration, displayed at the IDEF 2023. The anti-tank version, in particular, stands out with its Aselsan medium-caliber turret, equipped with two anti-tank missiles, ready to face the heaviest threats. Additionally, the vehicle has a front ramp that facilitates the deployment and recovery of a mini-UGV, ideal for stealth reconnaissance missions.
