No vídeo postado em 24 de junho no TikTok, Tasha Hill explicou que seu Jeep Wagoneer novinho começou a fazer um barulho estranho, demonstrado por seu marido no estacionamento de um shopping.
Na legenda, ela acrescentou que já entrou em contato a Dodge, a Jeep, a Chrysler e a Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, que é a concessionária onde eles compraram o veículo em 2023.
“Esse problema específico aconteceu inúmeras vezes desde o início. Disseram-me que, como não conseguiam reproduzir o problema e eu não tinha um registro dele, eles não conseguiam consertá-lo nem saber qual era o problema”, escreveu ela.
Pelo problema ser esporádico, ela teve dificuldades em registrar. Infelizmente, nem a filmagem ajudou seu caso. “Mesmo assim, vejam só: ninguém pode fazer nada a respeito”.
Segundo ela, a Chrysler prometeu designar um gerente de caso para ela, mas ela não teve notícias de ninguém nem conseguiu se conectar quando ligaram.
“Já mencionei que eles não podem nos dar o nome da pessoa responsável pelo nosso caso, nem podemos falar com ela? Isso não é nada suspeito”, argumentou Hill.

So please feel free to share! 2 years ago, we purchased this hunk of junk. Brand new might I add. Since I’ve had it, it’s been in the shop more than it’s been out. This specific problem here has happened numerous times since the beginning in which I was told since they couldn’t duplicate the problem and I didn’t have record of it they couldn’t fix it or know what the problem was. Well, it finally did it to my husband and we have it recorded. Still low and behold no one can do anything about it! This happens sporadically going down the road. No rhyme or reason. The only thing i can do is pull over and turn it off. Did I mention the motor blew up on it not to long ago, but they swear it was the reservoir. On top of something “chewing” the wires before that but not one piece of evidence to support that claim. Oh and the whole car died at one point because of “electrical” problems killed the battery. It’s literally been one thing after the other and now we’ve been in legal for about 2 weeks now and no one can give us any answers other than “someone will call you tomorrow.” Chrysler keeps telling us they’re not authorized to share any information with us since this not a “normal” case and our case manager will reach out to us, they’ve told us this everyday and no one will call us back or connect us to a supervisor. Did I also mention they can’t give us the name of the person handling our case nor can we speak to that person?? That’s not suspicious at all! We are at a loss. Maybe if we make it Facebook official someone will be inclined to help us, Idk it’s worth a shot. 🤷♀️ give me all your advice.
