The TikTok clip shows the moment a man, sitting in his parked car outside a commercial area, starts filming the street after hearing a strange noise.
Suddenly, a white Chevrolet Malibu appears driving without the front tire, grinding the wheel on the asphalt. At one point, only a thread of what used to be a tire can be seen coming completely off the wheel and falling onto the street.
