The Centauro II, one of the most advanced armored vehicles in operation by the Italian Army, boasts impressive features designed to enhance the response capability and firepower of the Italian armed forces. Among its notable specifications are a crew of three and a high-pressure 120/105mm gun capable of firing 12 rounds ready for use.

Additionally, the vehicle is equipped with third-generation thermal sights, ensuring accuracy under limited visibility conditions. Its maximum speed exceeds 105 km/h, highlighting not just its offensive power but also its agility and maneuverability in challenging terrains.

The Centauro II’s armament is complemented by a coaxial MG and the Hitrole remote weapon system (RWS), which can accommodate calibers of 7.62/12.7 mm and 40 mm automatic grenade launchers, further expanding its operational capabilities.
