On the second day of the drills, Navvab anti-aircraft missiles were launched from the Shahid Soleimani catamaran, and Kowsar-222 missiles were fired from boats at simulated aerial targets. Additionally, Almas missiles and Qaem bombs were launched from Mohajer-6 and Ababil-5 drones, while cruise and ballistic missiles were fired both from boats and from the coast toward sea targets.
AI-Guided Technology
On the final day of the exercises, the IRGC demonstrated the use of AI-guided missiles launched from combat drones, which scored direct hits on simulated enemy targets. These operations took place in the southern provinces of Bushehr and Khuzestan and included launches of Qaem and Almas missiles, surface-to-surface Qadr-200 missiles, and the use of Kowsar-222 defense systems, which successfully neutralized hypothetical enemy aircraft.
Amphibious Operations
IRGC naval commandos also carried out amphibious operations and shore-to-sea firings, demonstrating coordination capabilities between naval and ground units. Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, IRGC Navy Commander, emphasized that the primary objective of the exercise was to enhance combat readiness and coordination within the force while delivering “a message of peace” to neighboring countries.
