The Ukrainian company Air3F unveiled the VARKHAN, an unmanned ground vehicle developed for logistics and field support operations, with the capacity to carry up to 200 kg.
The system was presented during the Arsenal of Talents exhibition, highlighting its potential for use in military scenarios.
Equipped with electric motors, the VARKHAN can reach speeds of up to 22 km/h and was designed to handle difficult terrain. Its suspension prioritizes traction in off-road environments, while the structure allows the use of durable tires, increasing resilience in harsh conditions.
The vehicle was also designed for critical missions such as casualty evacuation and offers multiple communication options, including radio with a range of up to 10 km, as well as LTE and satellite connections. The operator can choose the most suitable control system depending on the situation.
With an autonomy of up to 7 hours and a range of 40 km, the VARKHAN is already in operation with several Ukrainian military units. Its positive initial reception has led brigades to request additional units, indicating an expansion of the platform’s use on the battlefield.
