
The Ukrainian ground drone Ravlyk (Snail) UMP-2 has received several new features, the company Unmanned Technologies revealed.
According to the website Militarnyi, the presentation took place during the Security 2.0 2025 exhibition, held in Ukraine on September 30 and October 1.
The Ravlyk drone was designed for a range of battlefield tasks, including casualty evacuation, reconnaissance, and fire support.
Its maximum speed is 12 km/h and its payload capacity is 300 kg, while its towing capacity reaches up to 2 tons.

The Ravlyk has an operational range of 30 km, with the ability to perform continuous operations for six hours. In standby mode, it can remain active for up to 72 hours on a single charge.
It comes equipped with day and night cameras, enabling surveillance at any time of day. The system can be controlled through various communication channels, including Starlink.
Among the new features are modules that can be mounted on the chassis, such as evacuation stretchers, combat turrets with heavy machine guns, mine-clearing devices, or grenade launchers.
Additional capabilities include deployment in automatic mine-laying systems, firefighting operations, and the installation of electronic warfare systems, along with improvements in payload capacity.
