Ukrainian marines destroyed a Russian BM-21 Grad multiple rocket launcher about 55 kilometers behind the front line in the Kherson region using a drone.
The attack was carried out by the 426th Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 30th Marine Corps, which used a FPV drone to strike the target. After impact, a fire engulfed the vehicle, rendering it completely inoperable.
According to footage captured by a reconnaissance drone, the launcher was without missiles at the time of the attack, likely returning from a combat mission. OSINT analyst known as @blinzka located the destruction near the village of Krasne, in the Skadovsk district, confirming the action tens of kilometers behind Russian lines.
The operation highlights the growing capability of Ukrainian forces to strike strategic targets in depth, complicating Russian logistics and forcing Moscow to reinforce the protection of its equipment.
In recent days, other significant losses have also been recorded, including the destruction of a Zemledeliye mine-laying system and an S-300V anti-aircraft launcher in the Zaporizhzhia region.
