Ukraine hits $60 million Russian ship with drone in Novorossiysk

Special Forces of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine carried out a precision strike against a Russian multifunctional vessel of the MPSV07 project, using a Ukrainian-made combat drone.

According to the GUR press office, the attack took place on 10 September 2025, while the enemy vessel was conducting electronic reconnaissance and patrol missions near Novorossiysk Bay, the base where the remnants of the Russian Black Sea Fleet are stationed.
