The entry-level model, XLE with a single motor and front-wheel drive, starts at $38,465, a $6,000 reduction from the previous year. The all-wheel-drive version (XLE AWD) costs $40,545, delivering 214 hp, just 13 more than the base model. The more sophisticated Limited trim starts at $43,195 for front-wheel drive and $45,275 for all-wheel drive, also with significant reductions.

The Nightshade Edition is the big news for 2025, bringing a predominantly black design with exclusive details, such as 20-inch wheels, black door handles, a black rear spoiler, and red stitching inside. Based on the XLE AWD model, it costs $41,815 and offers a more stylish alternative below the Limited version.

Regardless of the trim, the bZ4X retains the same battery pack and range as the previous year, with a maximum range of 405 km in the front-wheel-drive XLE version.

All models feature a 12.3-inch display, a panoramic glass roof, and the Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 package as standard. The Limited version adds premium features like heated and ventilated power seats with synthetic leather upholstery, as well as advanced driver-assistance features, including Traffic Jam Assist and Lane Change Assist.

The 2025 Toyota bZ4X will be available at dealerships early next year.
