
Harris County police in Texas had to complete an Uber Eats delivery after arresting a delivery driver who was “knowingly and intentionally displaying a fictitious license plate.”
“To ensure the citizen still received their order, Deputy Chapa intervened and personally completed the food delivery,” wrote Sheriff Mark Herman in a Facebook post.
The officers went to the customer’s door with the Uber Eats delivery bag to complete the service. In one of the photos, the man answers the door with a confused expression.

“Great job by our deputies, not only enforcing the law but also going above and beyond for the good of our community!” Herman continued in the post.
The suspect was later identified as Ronaldo Carrillo. He was taken by officers to the Harris County Jail.
The suspect who was supposed to make the delivery, Ronaldo Carrillo, was arrested on a $100 bail and taken to Harris County Jail, according to Click2Houston.
