The Russian Ministry of Defense has released footage showing a cluster munition attack on a field of several Ukrainian Mil Mi-8 and Mi-17 transport helicopters landing near the front line in the Donetsk region of eastern Ukraine, with at least 2 of the helicopters being destroyed

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense: Aerial reconnaissance equipment identified three helicopters of the Ukrainian Armed Forces that landed in a hidden field jump area, equipped for refueling and rearming.
An identified field location with enemy helicopters was immediately hit by cluster munition.
As a result of subsequent attacks with high-precision weapons, two helicopters of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were destroyed.
