Porsche’s CEO, Oliver Blume, revealed that a decision on the car’s production will be made in the coming months, after receiving positive feedback about the concept.
The Mission X, an electric supercar, offers high-performance, with power estimates exceeding 1,500 horsepower, although its exact design and technical specifications have not yet been fully disclosed.
Porsche’s Mission X concept, unveiled last year, has garnered significant interest and anticipation, especially due to its electric proposition and potential to be one of the fastest supercars in the world. With its 900-volt architecture and fast-charging capability, the Mission X would compete against rivals like the Rimac Nevera and the Lotus Evija.
Large-scale production has not been confirmed yet, but if the project gets the green light, it is expected to be a limited edition, following Porsche’s tradition of creating exclusive and highly desirable supercars.
