Porsche has unveiled plans to build an ultra-luxurious skyscraper in Bangkok, Thailand, standing 95 meters tall with 21 floors.
The building, in partnership with Ananda Development, will feature 22 exclusive “Sky Villas,” with prices ranging from approximately $15 million to $39.9 million.
Inspired by the design of the Porsche 911 Targa, the project will include a spiral internal ramp called “The Loop” so residents can park their supercars directly in luxury garages known as Passion Spaces.
In addition to the exclusive residences, the skyscraper will offer a range of high-end amenities, including a 25-meter pool, spa, gym, and business and social lounges.
The entrance will be inspired by the Porsche Mission R, and the building will feature a red glowing outline at the top, echoing the brand’s iconic sports cars. Construction is set to begin next year, with completion expected by the end of 2028.
Lutz Meschke, Vice President of the Executive Board at Porsche AG, highlighted that this will be Porsche Design’s third real estate project worldwide and the first in Asia, underscoring the region’s growing importance for the brand. The development aims to attract the most discerning clients by providing exclusive experiences that blend luxury and innovative design in all aspects of life.
