The big news is in the GTS model, which now delivers 690 horsepower with the overboost function, allowing for a 0-100 km/h acceleration in 3.1 seconds. The Sport Chrono package comes standard and offers an extra 93 hp for ten seconds, making the GTS even faster.

The sound of the electric motor has been enhanced with the Electric Sport Sound profile, inspired by the Turbo S model, to simulate a more immersive auditory experience.

In addition to the GTS, the lineup now includes the Taycan 4 in sedan form, previously available only as Cross Turismo. With all-wheel drive, the Taycan 4 produces 402 hp with the standard battery and 429 hp with the updated battery option. It switches to rear-wheel drive under certain conditions to save energy, instantly reactivating the front motor when necessary.

Among the standard features, the Taycan 4 includes adaptive air suspension, LED matrix headlights, and a sound system with 10 speakers.

Prices for the Taycan have risen considerably, with the GTS sedan priced at $149,895 and the Taycan 4 sedan starting at $105,295. Amidst the complex Taycan lineup, now with 13 variants, Porsche is facing a drop in global sales, down 50% from last year, due to weak demand in China and the transition period to the updated models.
