The Mercedes-Benz is launching the 2025 GLC350e Plug-In Hybrid, an electric version of its GLC-class crossover.

Featuring a 24.8 kWh battery and a 134 horsepower electric motor combined with a 2.0-liter, 201 horsepower gasoline engine, the hybrid system offers a combined power of 313 horsepower, propelling the vehicle from zero to 96 km/h (60 mph) in 6.6 seconds.

An electric range of about 112 kilometers (70 miles) is estimated, with charging possible in approximately 30 minutes with a 60 kW DC connection.

The crossover features similar characteristics to its gasoline equivalents, including a spacious interior equipped with cutting-edge technology, such as a 12.3-inch digital instrument panel and an 11.9-inch central touch screen. Additionally, the GLC350e comes with standard features such as heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and blind-spot assistance.

The arrival of the GLC350e marks Mercedes-Benz’s expansion of efforts to offer electric and hybrid options to consumers, aligning with the growing demand for more sustainable vehicles. The price will be announced later, with the vehicle expected to be available at dealerships later this year.
