Verge Motorcycles, a Finnish motorcycle manufacturer, unveiled a major update to its electric motorcycle TS Pro during CES 2026.

It has now received a new 33.3 kWh solid-state battery pack, described by the company as “the first fully solid-state battery ready for production.”

According to the website New Atlas, the solid-state battery uses a solid material (such as a ceramic or a special polymer) to conduct electricity between its positive and negative sides, instead of the liquid or gel electrolyte found in conventional lithium-ion electric vehicle batteries.

This solid design allows more energy to be stored in the same space, increasing an electric vehicle’s range and also enabling faster charging.

With the update, the Verge TS Pro can travel 600 km on a single charge. In addition, using 200 kW chargers, the company promises a 300 km recharge in just ten minutes.

Verge also emphasized that it worked on charge-cycle durability and thermal management to ensure the battery has a long service life and consistent performance over years of use.

Beyond the updates, the TS Pro retains its 137 hp of power and 1,000 Nm of torque, capable of going from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds. Despite its impressive acceleration, the machine weighs 235 kg, making it a heavyweight in the electric motorcycle segment.

The price of the TS Pro with the updated battery package is US$ 34,900, excluding fees and taxes. For those who buy now, Verge estimates that deliveries of the first units will take place within the first four months of this year.
