The British company Royal Alloy has just unveiled the JPS 350, a scooter with a classic look reminiscent of the old Vespa, but equipped with a range of modern features.

The design clearly reveals its inspiration from vintage Italian scooters, known for their curved panels and chrome details.
While Vespa and Lambretta boast decades of history, Royal Alloy focuses specifically on nostalgic recreations that combine vintage aesthetics with modern functionality.

Still, the JPS 350 is far from being a cheap replica — Royal Alloy emphasizes that the scooter’s body is made of pressed steel rather than plastic, just like the originals.
Underneath, however, it’s all modern technology. The JPS 350 features a 310 cc liquid-cooled engine with four valves and a double overhead camshaft, delivering about 27 horsepower at 8,000 rpm.

The Royal Alloy scooter also offers front and rear disc brakes, dual-channel ABS, traction control, a 10.5-liter fuel tank, and several other modern features, including LED lighting and a full TFT display with smartphone connectivity.
It’s priced at £5,699, roughly equivalent to US$7,600. However, despite its British identity, the new Royal Alloy scooter is being manufactured in China.
