To celebrate the start of the Las Vegas Grand Prix next weekend, McLaren has unveiled a special edition of the 750S Spider called “Project Viva.”

While Las Vegas is known for its colorful neon lights, the car, launched by McLaren Special Operations (MSO), comes with a black and white paint job and a hand-painted work of art.

McLaren stated that the decision to avoid flashy colors aligns with the company’s “philosophy of challenging conventions.” However, to pay homage to the city, the artwork features classic images of Las Vegas with a McLaren themed twist.

The famous diamond-shaped emblem stamped on the hood displays the inscription “Welcome to Fabulous MSO,” while the playing cards on the rear fender replace the traditional values with “750S” and the McLaren logo.

Other details include dice, palm trees, cacti, and a replica of the Las Vegas Eiffel Tower, as well as a roulette wheel that also functions as a racetrack, with Formula 1 car drawings racing along its outer edge.

The current McLaren Formula 1 drivers, Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, also contributed to the exclusive car, applying the star representing the team’s 10th Constructors’ World Championship on the rear bumper, along with their signatures.

Under the hood, the 750S Project Viva retains the same engine that has made it one of the most exciting supercars of today: the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, delivering 740 hp and 800 Nm of torque, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.7 seconds.

The 750S Project Viva will be displayed at the McLaren Experience Center, inside the Wynn Las Vegas Hotel, from November 13 to 20, in preparation for the Grand Prix weekend, which begins with the first free practice session on November 20.
