Lotus has revealed the 2026 Emira Clark Edition, a special edition of the sports car that honors the legendary driver Jim Clark, Formula 1 champion in 1965. The model was presented during the Miami GP and has a limited production of 60 units worldwide.

The aesthetic inspiration comes from the Lotus Type 38, with which Clark won the Indianapolis 500, featuring a green paint with a yellow stripe, anodized blue details, and hand-painted stripes.

The car’s interior also brings unique elements, such as the asymmetric seat design, with red for the driver and black for the passenger, leather and Alcantara finishes, a wooden gear shift knob, and numbered door sills.

The model uses a 3.5 V6 engine and carries numerous references to Clark’s automotive legacy, which, in addition to his 1965 F1 title, also includes victories in Formula 2, the Tasman Series, and touring car races that same year.

While the price in the U.S. has not been disclosed, the edition costs the equivalent of $152,651 in the UK. However, Lotus has temporarily suspended Emira imports to the U.S. due to the 25% tariff on imported cars, which may make it harder to access the model in the North American market.
