The Lebanese army reported the capture of a large Hezbollah munitions depot in southern Lebanon, according to the Ukrainian portal Militarnyi.
The hideout was discovered between the villages of Kafra and Seddikin, in a region traditionally considered a stronghold of the group.
In images shared on X by OSINTWarfare, it appears the hideout housed Soviet Tu-143 Reis drones that had been converted into cruise missiles.
Significant arsenals of other weapons were also found in the hideout. Among the seized items were 1,640 122 mm rockets for the BM-21 Grad MLRS and about 4 million rounds of ammunition for Kalashnikov rifles.
The military is now working to dismantle the warehouse and secure the confiscated ammunition. The operation is part of a series of measures to stabilize the situation in southern Lebanon, where occasional clashes and shelling continue.
