A new residential superyacht project called “Ulyssia“, with an estimated cost of $1.5 billion, promises to offer a luxurious life at sea for billionaires around the world.

With 15 floors and 320 meters in length, surpassing even the Titanic, the giga-yacht will have 133 residences for sale, with prices ranging from $10 million to $90 million.

Each unit will feature a terrace with sea views, a private pool, and a butler. There will also be 22 guest suites and a wide range of high-end amenities.

Residents will be able to enjoy resort-style infrastructure, including padel courts, seven restaurants, art and dance studios, a nightclub, an observatory, a beauty salon, a wellness center spanning over 2,000 square meters, and even medical services on board, such as dentistry and MRI. A full marina for water sports and two Triton submarines will also be available for ocean exploration.

Conceived by Swiss billionaire “Frank Binder” and designed by naval designer “Espen Oeino”, the Ulyssia aims to attract a global community of ultra-wealthy individuals who wish to trade the complexity of owning a yacht for a shared but equally exclusive experience.

The launch is scheduled for 2029, with the goal of combining luxury, practicality, and adventure at sea.
