Lanzante is developing a three-seat supercar to celebrate the 30th anniversary of its victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans with the McLaren F1 GTR.

Named “Project 95-59“, referencing the year and number of the winning car, the model will be produced in a limited edition and will use a McLaren platform, likely that of the “Speedtail.”

Its design was created by Paul Howse, responsible for the aerodynamics of the McLaren P1, and features a power-to-weight ratio estimated at 700 hp per ton, in addition to offering usable cargo space.

Although the technical details have not yet been fully revealed, it is expected that the supercar will use a McLaren V8 twin-turbo engine to achieve the desired performance. The design has already been presented to a select group of VIP clients, but the general public will only see the finalized model in July when it debuts at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

Lanzante may explore different powertrain options to make the Project 95-59 even more special, but official specifications will only be released mid-year. Until then, the anticipation remains high for how the company will combine performance, exclusivity, and a tribute to its history on the track.
