The Kia has revealed the new EV4, an electric car with a daring design, which will be launched in both sedan and hatchback versions.

Its radical and elongated look, initially presented in 2023 concepts, stands out as a novel approach by the brand. In addition to the two body variants, the model will feature a sporty GT-Line version and, possibly, an entry-level option called Air.

The design prioritizes aerodynamics, resembling the Hyundai Ioniq 6, and aims to offer a new concept for sedans and hatchbacks. According to Karim Habib, Kia’s global design head, the sedan version brings an innovative proposal, while the hatchback stands out for its versatility and agility.

Still without revealed technical specifications, the EV4 is expected to use the Hyundai Motor Group’s E-GMP platform, allowing for one or two motor versions, ultrafast 800-volt charging, and technology for supplying power to external devices.

Kia promises to disclose all the details about the model on February 27.
