The original Microlino has been on sale in some European markets since 2023, and now the Micro brand introduces the new Microlino Lite model, an electric vehicle inspired by the 1950s bubble cars, designed for urban use due to its compact size and affordable prices.

As the vehicle is classified as a quadricycle, it can be driven by younger people in Europe and, in the UK, by those who only have a motorcycle license. Additionally, the Microlino Lite, launched at the Geneva Motor Show, offers options with smaller batteries and limited speed to meet licensing requirements.

The Microlino stands out for its diminutive size, making parking in tight spaces easier, and its low weight, which reduces the energy consumption of the electric powertrain. With battery options of different capacities, the vehicle offers varied autonomy and recharge times between three and four hours. Moreover, with performance suitable for urban use, the Microlino provides enough space for two passengers and a trunk of 230 liters.

The Microlino project, led by brothers Merlin and Oliver Ouboter, reflects a sustainable and ecological approach, aiming to offer an alternative to conventional cars.
