General Motors has revealed an electric Corvette concept with a design inspired by fighter jets such as the F-15, F-16, and F-22.

Interestingly, the project was developed by GM’s design studio in the United Kingdom, offering a futuristic vision for the American sports car. Despite its bold styling, the concept retains dimensions similar to the current C8 generation, measuring 4.66 meters in length and only 0.2 meters wider.

The car features design elements reminiscent of both fighter jets and IMSA prototypes, with massive air intakes, slim LED strips, and the traditional fleur-de-lis emblem on the hood. Visual highlights include large wheels, gullwing-style doors, and a split windshield—an homage to the 1963 Corvette Sting Ray. The structure, called “Apex Vision,” gives the driver a panoramic view.

Inside, the concept embraces a minimalist interior, with seats integrated into the body and a yoke-style steering wheel. The batteries are embedded in the lower part of the structure, and the car uses technologies to optimize aerodynamics without the need for spoilers, maintaining a clean look.

Although Chevrolet claims it is only a design study, the model could preview elements of the upcoming C9 generation, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to electrification.
