Hase Bikes, a German tricycle company, has launched an improved new version of its old and most famous tricycle from its catalog.
The company, also known as Hase Spezialräder, partnered with Bosch to launch a modern version of the Kettwiesel, its most traditional tricycle.
Using a central Bosch Performance Line CX motor, capable of producing 100 Nm of torque, the electric tricycle also features a Bosch PowerPack 545 Wh battery, whose levels can be monitored by the rider on the handlebars.
The Kettwiesel One Plus, priced at $12,500, offers a load capacity of up to 140 kg, according to the brand, and the tricycle also comes with a luggage rack that can carry up to 30 kg.
The vehicle can be extended as needed, providing greater flexibility for travelers. Additionally, buyers can also customize the seat, with a frame length ranging from 162 cm to 227 cm.
Finally, it features a mechanical disc brake on the front and hydraulic disc brakes on the rear, included front and rear lighting, Schwalbe Marathon Plus tires, and full fenders over each wheel.
