Aston Martin has announced the DB12 S for 2026, bringing with it the “S” designation and all the performance focus it represents.

As with all “S” models from Aston Martin, the star of the show is its powertrain. The DB12 S features the same 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 as its non-S variants, but power has been increased from 671 to 690 horsepower.

To reduce gear-shifting time, Aston engineers tweaked the launch control system, resulting in what they project to be a 0.1-second improvement in the 0–100 km/h sprint, which the manufacturer estimates can now be achieved in just 3.4 seconds.

Aesthetically, the DB12 S features a striking red “S” badge behind the front wheels, but the designation also stands out with a redesigned quad-exhaust layout at the rear, along with a new front splitter and fresh hood vents.

The model comes with a new stainless-steel exhaust system to enhance the sound across the rev range, but a titanium exhaust is also available as an option, increasing the sound by 1.5 decibels and reducing the car’s overall weight by 11 kg.

Inside, future owners can choose from three interior color schemes: Accelerate leather and Alcantara, semi-aniline Inspire S leather and Alcantara, or full semi-aniline Inspire S leather.
