Legoland Florida presented a super new themed attraction by Ferrari, featuring a life-size replica of the Ferrari 296 GTS, entirely made of Lego bricks.

Lego’s construction team took 1,850 hours to complete the project, which includes details such as functional headlights and an elaborate, albeit uncomfortable, interior made of Lego bricks, with the exception being the steering wheel, which is truly from the Ferrari 296 GTS.

Surprisingly, despite being predominantly made of plastic, the Lego model weighs more than the real car, registering almost two tons, compared to just over 1,500 kilograms of the actual car.

The number of bricks used was not disclosed, but Legoland Florida will host an Instagram contest to estimate the quantity of pieces. The Lego Ferrari exhibition will be available for viewing starting from March 8.
