Formula 1 drivers excel on the championship tracks, driving increasingly faster cars and challenging time with each lap. But what about off the tracks? What cars do these athletes drive?
A survey by Auto Trader revealed the collections of four drivers: Lewis Hamilton, Max Verstappen, Lando Norris, and George Russell. Among them, Hamilton leads with a collection valued at around $35.3 million, which includes, for example, the Mercedes-AMG Project One, a car with an F1 engine, valued at $2.7 million.
Interestingly, Hamilton opts for electric cars for personal use, such as the Mercedes-AMG EQS Sedan, reflecting a growing trend among car enthusiasts. Thus, the British driver’s collection stands out for its diversity, ranging from iconic models to modern and ecological options.
Lewis also plans to include an electric Ferrari model in his collection, as he will be part of the team next season, after 11 years with Mercedes.
