The super exclusive Aston Martin Valiant arrives as a track-focused version of the Valour, commissioned by Spanish driver Fernando Alonso.
The luxury supercar, a collaboration between the English brand and the double world champion, takes cues from Aston Martin’s Valor muscle car and enhances performance across the board.
“Valour was a spectacular celebration of Aston Martin’s 110th anniversary and inspired me to create a more extreme, race-inspired track-focused version, while still delivering an exciting on-road driving experience,” said Alonso.
“The Valiant was born from my passion for driving at the limit, and I enjoyed working closely with the Q by Aston Martin team on both the design and technical specifications, believing we’ve created a masterpiece.”
The Valiant features a large rear wing and a full carbon fiber body, along with a six-speed manual transmission and a powerful 5.3-liter twin-turbo V12 engine producing over 730 horsepower.
The interior is expected to include a half steel cage for four-point harnesses, as well as a traditional steering wheel to minimize driver distraction. It also features carbon fiber and Alcantara finishes, along with an exposed gearshift mechanism.
If you’re interested, you’ll be disappointed to learn that the model will be limited to just 38 lucky individuals, with the Spanish driver naturally being among them. Costing around $2.5 million, deliveries of the supercar are set to begin later this year.
