Cadillac Escalade IQL 2026 Brings More Space and Comfort with Impressive Performance (Instagram @cadillac)
The Cadillac Escalade IQL 2026 is an extended version of the already enormous Escalade IQ, offering more space without compromising the range.
In addition to being more spacious than the standard model, the rear of the IQL has been redesigned, with a more vertical C-pillar and an extra window between the rear pillars, improving visibility.
The interior offers more comfort, with adjustments for the second and third rows, as well as seating for up to seven passengers.
The model also brings improvements to the cargo volume, with 2.12 cubic meters available with the third row folded and 12 extra cubic feet of space in the frunk.
The cabin follows the style of the Escalade IQ, with a 55-inch screen on the dashboard and a sound system of up to 42 speakers in the Executive Second Row package, which also includes screens for passengers and seats with massage functions. The body design is larger but retains the robust and luxurious style.
The Escalade IQL’s powertrain is the same as the IQ’s, with 750 horsepower and 785 lb-ft of torque, enabling acceleration from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.7 seconds. The 205 kWh battery provides the same range of 460 miles, with a rapid charging capacity of 116 miles in 10 minutes.
The IQL’s towing capacity is slightly lower, but the model comes with the Super Cruise assistance system and can perform bidirectional charging.
Production will start mid-year, and the model will come in Luxury, Sport, Premium Luxury, and Premium Sport versions, with prices starting at $132,695.
