Last Saturday (23/03), BYD broke its own record and had the best sales day in its history in the country. 963 cars were sold across its dealership network, including fully electric models and the hybrid Song Plus DM-i.

The previous record was 821 units on a Saturday. The sales success occurred during the Mega Electric Day, which offered special conditions such as free insurance, documentation, and chargers, as well as differentiated interest rates.
Best-Selling Champion: Dolphin Mini
The BYD Dolphin Mini is the country’s most energy-efficient vehicle, with a performance of 0.41 MJ/km, equivalent to an incredible 70 km/litre in a combustion vehicle and was the sales champion with 312 units.
In second place is the older brother Dolphin with 256 units. In third place is the BYD Song Plus DM-i with 248 cars.
The only hybrid model currently sold by BYD in Brazil, which has a range of over 1,000 km with one tank and one battery charge, is also the best-selling in its category.
