The BMW revealed the M3 CS Touring, a more powerful and exclusive version of the sports wagon that will not be sold in the United States.

Equipped with a 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline six-cylinder engine tuned to 543 hp, it retains a torque of 650 Nm and features all-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission. Despite the power boost, the model still offers the option of pure rear-wheel drive for a more dynamic driving experience. Compared to the standard version, it is 15 kg lighter thanks to the use of carbon fiber, reaching a total weight of 1,850 kg.

The M3 CS Touring accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds, slightly faster than the standard model and the M5 Touring. Its top speed is limited to 300 km/h, surpassing the normal variant by 20 km/h.

The aggressive design includes a carbon fiber aerodynamic kit, yellow daytime running lights, and 19- and 20-inch forged wheels in golden bronze or matte black.

Despite being a top-of-the-line version, carbon-ceramic brakes do not come standard and are an optional extra. Additionally, BMW offers the model in only four exclusive colors: British Racing Green, Laguna Seca Blue, Sapphire Black, and Frozen Solid White, all with a glossy black roof and red accents on the grille and rear spoiler.

The interior also focuses on lightness, featuring carbon-fiber bucket seats as standard, along with additional details in the same material. BMW has not revealed how many units will be produced, but a limited production similar to the previous M3 CS is expected, which had fewer than 2,000 units.

In Germany, the model starts at approximately $158,800, surpassing the basic M5 Touring. Deliveries begin in March in Europe, Australia, Japan, and South Korea, while a new M2 CS will also be launched later this year, with a planned arrival in the United States.
