Alfa Romeo is in the final stages of preparing to launch the 33 Stradale, a limited-edition supercar that pays homage to the iconic model from the 1960s. Only 33 units will be produced, with the first example being delivered in Italy by the end of December.
The vehicle is capable of reaching 333 km/h and accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in under 3 seconds, thanks to its 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine that delivers more than 620 horsepower and is shared with the Maserati MC20.
During testing at the renowned Nardò Technical Center in Italy, Alfa Romeo validated technical aspects such as aerodynamics, cooling, and soundproofing. The session took place on the complex’s 12.5 km circuit, known for its speed records. The results confirmed the impressive performance of the 33 Stradale, solidifying it as one of the brand’s fastest and most exclusive models.
Although Alfa Romeo had announced an electric version of the 33 Stradale at launch, the recent statement did not mention this option. The initial expectation was that the electric model would use technology similar to the Maserati MC20 Folgore, promising up to 750 horsepower. However, with the electric version of the MC20 planned only for 2025, it remains unclear whether the 33 Stradale will have this futuristic alternative.
