Among the destroyed vehicles are a U.S.-made Bradley infantry fighting vehicle, a Cossack armored fighting vehicle, an armored personnel carrier, and an infantry fighting vehicle, all in identified firing positions.

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that the operation to destroy the Ukrainian Army units continues with airstrikes, rocket fire, and artillery fire against Ukrainian troops that entered two border districts.

The ministry also added that it has sent reservists to the attack site to help “contain invasion attempts.” The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) stated that Ukrainian forces “made confirmed advances of up to 10 km in the Russian region of Kursk.” It is estimated that about 1,000 soldiers and twenty armored vehicles and tanks have been sent to the region.
