Singer Ana Paula Vieira, 27, and her boyfriend, councilman Marcelo Stocco, 32, lost their lives in a tragic car accident this Sunday (12), on BR-364, in the state of Rondônia, Brazil.

The tragedy was confirmed by the 4th Military Firefighter Battalion of Pimenta Bueno, Stocco’s hometown.

According to preliminary information, the couple was in a vehicle that collided head-on with a box trailer, dying instantly at the accident site. There were no other victims in the incident.
The Pimenta Bueno city hall released a statement of condolence expressing condolences: “Marcelo Stocco was a councilman in our city and stood out for his effort and leadership in various community initiatives, leaving a lasting legacy. Ana Paula, known for her enchanting voice, captivated everyone with her music and vibrant presence on social media,” the city hall declared.
The mayor of Cacoal, Adailton Furia, also publicly mourned the loss: “Today we lost a great friend, the young and dreamy councilman Marcelo Stocco, and his girlfriend, the talented singer Ana Paula Vieira Correa. May God offer comfort to the hearts of family and friends in this moment of immense sadness,” he wrote on his social network.
Details of Ana Paula’s wake are scheduled to begin at 1 a.m. this Monday (13), at the Seventh-day Adventist Church, located in the Nova Brasília neighborhood, in Ji-Paraná. The funeral procession is scheduled for 10 a.m., followed by the burial at 10:30 a.m. at the Ji-Paraná Municipal Cemetery.
