Honda has opened its first Cub House in Japan, a new store concept that combines a dealership, workshop, café, and social space for motorcyclists.
The pilot location opened in the city of Toda, Saitama Prefecture, following the success of the concept launched in Thailand in 2018.

The space was designed to feel more welcoming than a traditional dealership. In addition to selling motorcycles, it offers coffee, clothing, accessories, customization parts, and areas where visitors can get a closer look at the brand’s models and watch maintenance work being carried out.

The Cub House is dedicated to Honda’s small-displacement models, including the Super Cub, Monkey 125, Dax 125, CT125 Hunter Cub, Grom, and CB125R. The project also encourages customization, offering a wide range of parts and services to personalize the motorcycles.

According to Honda, the aim is to create a space where anyone can walk in, even without intending to buy a motorcycle. The idea is to turn the visit into an experience centered on the motorcycling lifestyle and strengthen the community around the brand.
If the project is well received, Honda plans to expand the concept to around 200 stores across Japan beginning in the second half of 2026.
